Initially went for the various soufflés they have as a late-night dessert. But we saw the mango sticky rice on the menu and went for it right away. Mango sticky rice will always win if it's an option. Service was quick to order; she said it would take 15-20 minutes, and the soufflé took 20-25 minutes. Either way, we were staying. The place was clean and had lots of tables and chairs to choose from. The bingsoo was fluffy and airy, not overly sweet; it was perfect. Mangos were ripe, the rice like a squishy mochi, and everything fit well. Glad we didn't get the half-and-half with strawberries, because that would have been a waste of time. Will be back to try the soufflées Went back for the soufflés. I got the tiramisu one, which was the best seller, followed by the strawberry and Nutella. They said the wait time was 30 minutes, and I actually timed it because the place was packed. I was a bit skeptical, but they actually made it in 21 minutes. The soufflé isn't sweet at all; it's airy, and the toppings help add the sweetness. Excited to try more.

Nostimo is a small cafe offering souffle cakes and popular drinks like matcha. We ended up buying the ube & strawberry souffle. Though it took a bit for them to make it, its justified by how good it was. We loved the souffles. We also ordered the strawberry ceremonial graded matcha and tiramisu coffee. They were a solid 10/10, we would come back sometime! We went when it was dark outside (unsure the time) but parking was kind of difficult due to other establishments next to the cafe. The atmosphere of the cafe was beautiful. It was crowding around the time we came so there may not be seating available. (Just come earlier) pricing was cheap! To elaborate, we saw that the mango sticky rice was 6.5 USD when other places it was around 13.5 USD! Most drinks were 6.5 USD, so its relatively cheap. We recommend this place for all.

OK this place totally surprised us 🤍 Everything was INSANELY delicious. We ordered two Japanese soufflé fluffy pancakes: Nutella and Tiramisu and I’m still dreaming about them. I don’t even like coffee, but the tiramisu comes with a tiny separate coffee drink in the cutest glass, and somehow I loved it. Every bite was unreal: super soft, airy, creamy, with warm caramelized banana and a little crunch. Literally melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Yes, they take about 15 minutes because everything is made fresh, but TRUST ME it’s worth the wait. While waiting, we tried drinks and wow… the pistachio matcha latte is a must. Real Japanese-quality matcha (you can taste the difference!) and the pistachio foam on top is chef’s kiss 💚 We also tried the Trà Đào Cam Sả (black tea with orange, lemongrass, peach) - so refreshing - and the avocado smoothie was a whole masterpiece. Creamy, sweet, and you can actually taste the real avocado. My husband usually doesn’t like tea houses at all, but even he was obsessed and super happy. Highly recommend this spot if you love cute desserts + aesthetic drinks . Staff is incredibly kind, patient, and friendly too. they are patient and happy to answer questions. I really recommend this place!:) 10/10 would come back 💕

Wonderful cozy, modern, relax, chill, bright vibe place. The drinks here delish and well make. Parking is easy and menu are good amount with mix of drinks (hot/cold) and snacks, especially with Soufflé. Great & friendly service. They do inform you how long it will take for the soufflé so that was nice (20mins but they got it within 18mins). This place is packed with kids/teenagers that are here to do their homework’s or works. They are well manners and respect of noise levels. The foods is okey, our was jittery (you got to try it to make sure it legit). Well batter but abit undercooked from my taste. We ordered Gongju Chestnut Soufflé and it comes with Choco ice cream scoop. Not too sweet…it’s good overall. They do have both inside and outside sitting area. Not bad at all, I enjoyed more than I thought.

I concur with the overall feedback regarding the "cozy" and laid-back ambiance. We placed an order for a variety of hot and cold beverages; however, they were all unsatisfactory, and our drink orders were mistakenly swapped with those of another table. The cold beverages were excessively filled with ice, resulting in a diluted flavor. The fluffy pancakes were delightful and certainly merit a return visit
