Nothing Bundt Cakes

There cakes are the best thing in the world. They are so moist and flavorful, and they have so many different kinds you can choose from. Great for birthday or any special occasion. They have minis or you can get the large cake, which ever suits your occasion. I will definitely come back and get cakes from this place. Employees are really nice and friendly. I give this place 2 thumbs up 👍👍.

Yanell and Alexis were so sweet: they were so busy and I love this place for any celebration. The once a year birthday Bundt cake is always a good time. The flavors are wonderful.

The cake was amazing as always BUT delivery for a coworker’s birthday should mean delivery. Not someone texting me so I have to reach out to get someone to go out to the parking lot to get the bundtinis to bring them into the recipient. It’s a small building with ample parking & ruined the surprise. VERY FRUSTRATING! Cakes did arrive about 10 minutes quicker than promised for delivery ASAP.

If you need to satisfy your craving, the cakes are amazing, but don’t expect to receive decent service. You would get a better experience with a kiosk rather than the people working there. They don’t seem to care much about the customer experience and seem absolutely fine with that. Here’s what happened 5/5/26: I ordered a dozen bundtlets to go and arrived to the store 10 min before they opened. Somebody was inside but they didn’t bother acknowledging that I was right outside the door. I’m early and you’re not open, fine. No complaints. Another person walks up to the door a few min later, knocks on the door, flashes up their phone, and they are given their order and drive away. I tried to do the same but I was told that my order was not ready and that it would take a few min. Ok, fine, no problem - I’ll wait my turn. After officially opening, ~5 other customers walk in and get served. After standing around, about 10 min later I ask about my order and that I’m in a hurry, she says “I’ll send your ticket to the back now.” Prints a ticket and hands it to the back. *Why would you not tell me that I needed to give you something to begin processing my order when I’ve been at the store for 20 min now??* Another 5 min goes by, someone comes out and says, we need 10 min to put your order together. I’ve ordered 12 bundtlets as a package. This is a common order, nothing special. Finally, after a few more minutes, I ask to speak with the manager. She comes out after a few minutes, as does another employee. The cashier and the other employee stand behind the counter and just watch me have this conversation with Olivia - the manager. I explain to her that it’s out of character for me to complain but the service and approach is extremely poor and that I’m just not happy with the way I’ve been treated. I explained that people come here for happy occasions and the team working here just has no desire to ensure customers have a positive experience. She acknowledges me and says I’ll go to the back to check your order. 10 min later, she comes out with my order. Basically, my feedback meant absolutely nothing to her. I asked for the owner and she gladly gave me a card. I called the owner and left a VM since no one answered. I said I’d love to give you feedback rather than leaving a candid review on Google. No callback. I waited 45 min for 12 bundlets that were ordered in advance and watched several customers come and go as call ahead ordered and walk ins. I can handle a busy store but the treatment of customers is just uncalled for. I’d rather take my business to a store who cares about having some basic decency in the customer service industry.
