Coming into Nova Hair Salon yesterday was honestly such a blessing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth — not ignored, not brushed off, just welcomed. Lexi was so kind, and Paul truly saved my day. I had just been canceled on by another salon, and I was so upset because I’d really been looking forward to getting my hair cut and colored. Paul didn’t hesitate to take me in, even though he could’ve gone home. He made me feel accepted, cared for, and comfortable. He wasn’t just a stylist — he was a bright, kind presence when I really needed one. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly like I’d met not just a new hairdresser, but a genuinely good person. Abbie is amazing! I've been seeing her for about a year, and every appointment has been a wonderful experience. She's always on time, friendly, and takes the time to really listen during our consultations. I've wanted to make several changes to my hair over the past year, and she always explains the process, sets realistic expectations, and helps me achieve the look I want in a way that keeps my hair healthy. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and talent with both cutting and color are incredible. I completely trust her with my hair and always leave feeling so happy with the results. I LOVE Dannette! My hair has never looked healthier. I’ve also learned so many tips and tricks as far as styling my hair as well. The whole experience at Novak is awesome… especially the hair washing/scalp massage. Such a nice touch.

Absolutely the worst salon experience I've had. I drove 45 minutes for my appointment with Emma, only to be turned away after I explained the haircut I wanted. Instead of being honest from the beginning or making any effort to discuss options, she kept looking for excuses not to do my hair. One excuse after another, and then she claimed she "wasn't comfortable" and said she felt there was "tension" between us. There was no tension—I was simply explaining the haircut I wanted and expecting the service I had scheduled. I even told her I had driven 45 minutes to be there, but that didn't seem to matter at all. My time, gas, and effort were completely disregarded. If Emma is unwilling or unable to perform certain haircuts, she should communicate that before booking appointments instead of wasting her clients' time. The lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service was shocking. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. I would never recommend Noel's Hair Style Studio based on this experience.

Anna made sure I left happy with my color and took the extra time to brighten at the end of our session. We were always on the same page about what I wanted out of the haircut because she asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood me. Super thrilled with my style now and she was so chill.
