LOVE Frozan at Nubo Spa I started seeing Frozan at Nubo Spa before my wedding for a little skin glow-up — and I’ve been coming back ever since! She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping you understand your skin. Thanks to her, I’ve learned how to better manage my oily skin and improve my overall skin health. Her hydro facials are amazing — my skin always feels clean, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. Throughout every treatment, she takes the time to explain what she’s doing, why it matters, and how to maintain results at home. The extractions aren’t always the most pleasant but she is skilled at helping me get through it each time. She’s also great about recommending products that actually work for my skin type, but she’s never pushy or makes me feel like I have to buy anything. The front desk team is always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Frozan at Nubo Spa to anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine or just treat themselves to a top-tier facial experience!

I am genuinely angry that I went here, and I can no longer in good faith keep up the positive review I had previously left. At the time, I felt pressured by the way free product was tied into encouraging reviews, and I now regret going along with that. After what happened to my skin, I do not believe that earlier review honestly reflects my experience. My extraction was done by Frozan, and in my opinion it was handled very poorly. An inflamed pimple that was clearly not ready was forcefully extracted anyway. Since then, I have been left with a obvious raised scar/mark that has lasted 1.5 years. This has been a lasting cosmetic issue and a huge source of frustration. What upsets me most is that I trusted this place with my skin and ended up with a result I am still dealing with long after the appointment. I also find it very concerning that a business would create an environment where customers feel nudged toward positive reviews with free products. I deeply regret going here and would strongly caution others, especially if they are considering acne extractions.

I've been coming to Nubo for years for aesthetics and recently tried their new wellness services: BHRT, weight loss, and b12. The team is knowledgeable and attentive.
