I made an appointment for my baby. We got there 15 minutes early but Oscar was ready for her to sit right away. She said she wanted a butterfly cut but he kind of walked me through why that wouldn’t really work on her hair type so I told him to do what he thinks would look good and take some of the weight off of her hair and the final product was beautiful !!! My baby hasn’t stopped talking about how pretty she feels and how he is a “pro”. My 6 year old wants me to make an appointment for her asap too. Thank you Oscar! We will be back for sure.

I went to get my hair cut got there before they opened and one stylist showed up 25 minutes later. I waited for 1 hr while another person got her hair done, no other stylist showed up! I finally gave up and left, they have a sign that reads “ make an appointment so you won’t have a disappointment”? So tell me how do you make an appointment with someone who doesn’t even show up to work?! 🤨 SMH

Make an appointment. It was a little quite, but thats ok that means more relaxing, Oscar did a great job, I got long layers and a blow out, best haircut ever for sure i will be coming back, especially for blowouts !

If you come here be prepared to WAIT at least an hour to be called. This is my 3rd time coming here and it's always the same amount of wait even by coming in at 10 am when they "open". There was one waiting (which ended up leaving) and another one getting their hair cut before me getting there. So we waited... half an hour passed by and another worker came in while she is getting prepared my kid is exited because she is going to finally start on him... Nope we were wrong she decides to get someone else who came in after we did!!! 15 later she says I'm just going to start on her hair and than will be with YOU... did I even have a choice she had already started on it? As we wait a family comes in and they are get them started which is fine (maybe) they have an appt. Right? since they have a sign That quotes " APPOINTMENTS -PREVENTS- DISSAPPOINTMENTS"!!! Nice so an hour after another worker comes in and finally guess what? he is on the chair getting his hair cut. So please if you come here make sure to at least have an hour to 2 hrs available for Nueva Imagen Or better yet have an appt set for no DISAPPOINTMENTS.

We love our hair!!!! Luepe is the best. We have found out FOREVER Salon!!! Thank you for my Daughter's first haircut!! She loves it!!!
