I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. This was my first visit to this office. At first glance, everything looked impressive: the facility is modern, clean, and appears to be brand new. Unfortunately, the quality of the experience did not match the appearance. I came in for what I expected to be a routine dental cleaning. After X-rays and an examination, the hygienist told me I did not need a deep cleaning because my teeth were generally healthy and any tartar buildup was minor. The dentist agreed, telling me my teeth looked good and that the cleaning being recommended should be sufficient. After I had already been there for about an hour, I was informed that the recommended cleaning was not covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay $56.50 out of pocket. Since I had already spent an hour there and trusted their professional judgment, I agreed. What happened next was completely unacceptable. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but the cleaning did not begin until after 10:00 AM. When the hygienist finally arrived, she was immediately pulled away to work on another patient. The dentist then started the cleaning, an assistant continued it, and the hygienist eventually returned to finish it. In all my years of dental visits, I have never had a simple cleaning performed by three different people. By the time everything was finished, it was around 11:30 AM. A routine cleaning took approximately two and a half hours from start to finish. The entire experience left me questioning whether the additional cleaning that was recommended was truly necessary. I was repeatedly told that my teeth were healthy and in good condition, yet I was still upsold to a service that wasn’t covered by insurance. After spending 2.5 hours in the office and being treated by three different providers for a basic cleaning, I left with more questions than answers. When I expressed my concerns before leaving, the response I received was simply, “Sorry, thank you for the feedback.” A dental office should inspire confidence. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, confused, and unsure whether I received the treatment I actually needed. Don’t let the beautiful office and friendly staff fool you. My experience was disorganized, excessively time-consuming, and far below the level of professionalism I expected. I will not be returning

This was my first time visiting Nuvo & my experience was absolutely amazing. I traveled over an hour looking for a dentist office that would address and fix my dental emergency efficiently & on a Saturday. Nuvo Dental exceeding my expectations. I was accommodated and catered to every step of the way. You can see that everyone who works there loves what they do and their job is done well all the way from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the doctor. I was in and out in a timely manner as a new patient & the environment was welcoming and professional. My dental work that was needed was done with such care and completed perfectly. This will now be my primary dental office. 10/10 recommend!

Today, I visited Nuvo Dental to establish myself as a new patient. From scheduling my appointment to being seen, I had a great experience. All the staff were very friendly. The place is brand new, and they did a great job making it feel comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Pedro Ramirez was very nice and polite. The hygienist, Rachel, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She shared many helpful tips for taking good care of my teeth at home, as I have several implants due to an accident. I’ll be back in six months, and I’m happy to have found a good dentist and hygienist so close to my home.
