NV NETWORK INSURANCE & DMV is an insurance broker in Las Vegas, Nevada, located at 865 N Lamb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110. The office is a local option for people looking to discuss insurance and get help navigating a policy or payment question. Customer experiences describe assistance with truck and motorcycle insurance, including one reviewer who appreciated an agent walking them through each step. That kind of one-to-one guidance may be useful if you prefer to talk through the process rather than handle every detail on your own. The business name also includes DMV, but the available information does not specify which DMV-related services are offered, so it is a good idea to contact the office directly to confirm what it can help with before visiting.
Reviews point to a personal, service-oriented experience, while also showing that customer interactions can vary. Several customers describe staff as helpful, professional, attentive, and quick, and one reviewer says an agent patiently explained the process for insuring both a truck and a motorcycle. Other feedback raises concerns about unfriendly or dismissive customer service, including during a payment-related call. This mixed picture is worth keeping in mind: the office may be a good fit for customers who value direct assistance, but you can make your expectations clear and ask questions about the steps involved. The business has a 3.9-star rating based on 27 reviews, offering additional context as you compare local insurance brokers.
For a visit or phone call, customers can use the address at 865 N Lamb Blvd in Las Vegas. The listed business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; the office is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you need help with a payment, want to discuss insurance for a vehicle, or are looking for guidance with a policy, contacting the office during weekday hours can help you confirm what information to bring and whether the right person is available. Because individual insurance needs differ, ask the agent to explain the available options, costs, and policy details before making a decision. For DMV-related questions, confirm the specific service first, since the listing does not describe those offerings.
NV NETWORK INSURANCE & DMV serves people in Las Vegas who are looking for a neighborhood insurance broker and appreciate having an agent available to explain the process. The customer feedback suggests it may suit drivers seeking help with truck or motorcycle insurance, people who prefer a personal conversation about policy steps, and customers who want to ask about account payments. The reviews also make clear that service impressions are not uniform, so a courteous, specific conversation can help you decide whether the office meets your needs. When comparing insurance providers in Las Vegas, consider the policy terms and level of assistance alongside convenience and location. Call or visit during the listed weekday hours to verify current services and discuss your situation directly.

I have never dealt with a better insurance agent in my life. He was so kind and helpful, walking me through every step of the process for doing both my truck and motorcycle hats off!!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! I called today to complete my payment and I spoke with Alva or however you spell her name. She answered the phone call with an attitude. I explained the situation and instead of showing empathy she responded with okay so you tried to pay online? Umm yes I just told you that. Her time was horrible. My husband who was across the room even heard her tone and asked why is she being rude, I said they always are, she then says "who's being rude" I said you are and y'all always are and this agent has the nerve to say "Oh so you think we are rude huh, well please hold" and puts me on hold for a couple minutes. Comes back to the line and tells me my payment isn't due until the 12th and I ask for her name and corporate number and she literally starts arguing with me. We are now going back and forth about how she is talking to me. Straight arguing over the phone like we are enemies and can't stand each other. My mind was blown. She was trying to say she wasn't rude or disrespectful but all the while she is literally arguing with me back and forth. Absolutely unprofessional and this is the 2nd encounter with her. She needs to be spoken to by management. Maybe given a customer service class. Here's a tip if you happen to read this. Never argue with a customer about not being rude because that is in fact rude. Always actively listen to your customer. Also always show empathy so you can relate to your customer and make them feel as if you really want to help them, even if you don't. Lastly if you Don't like your job, go get another one. Sincerely, The customer you just hung up on.
