NW LAND | Elena Bundren | Real Estate

I confidently recommend Elena. We worked together for quite some time, especially considering how long it took me to find the right option for myself. I wasn’t very familiar with how real estate works in the U.S., but we met a couple of times and she explained everything in a very clear and simple way. Throughout the entire process, Lena was very attentive, truly listened to my needs, and developed a strong understanding of what I was looking for. She consistently recommended options that matched my preferences more and more closely. During the transaction, Lena helped me negotiate a great price with the seller and handled every issue with a high level of responsibility as they came up—even when she couldn’t be physically present. Lena, thank you so much for your professionalism, and care!

It was our first experience buying a house. My husband was working away at the time and we had to find a perfect home living apart. The process is very scary and nerve racking, so working with a specialist, who knows all ins and outs of it - was a life saver. Elena was our agent and we are beyond grateful for her! Without her it would be a mess. She met with us, discussed our needs and wants and explained the process in depth. Supported and guided us along the whole journey and beyond. Even after the closing date she helped us with trying to rent our old apartment and get situated in a new home. She is someone you can always rely on to be ahead of schedule, be responsive, communicative, giving suggestions and useful information. Again - it was our first experience but it was an amazing one with Elena - who goes above and beyond to get you the house of your dreams! Thank you!!!

Elena just amazing! She did a great job! We bought a house couple months ago. Everything was smoothly and no stress. Elena so knowledgeable , she explained all minuses and pluses of houses which we looked. Also she described situation on the market and best way how we can buy the home. Finally we did it , and we are so glad what Elena was our agent . Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend Elena as a realtor. She is very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently, Elena helped us choose our dream house. She was extremely patient and provided many hints, was always on time, and quickly …

I want to share my experience of buying a house with Elena Bundren. Thanks to Elena's professionalism and good knowledge of the market, my offer won bids among several other offers, which were even slightly higher than the asking price. Thanks to Lena’s efforts and well-coordinated work, I own a beautiful house in a prosperous, quiet area with an incredible view of the beautiful sunset and the Olimpics mountains. Lena and I looked at several houses and for each house Lena gave good advice and detailed consultations, which speaks of her extensive experience and knowledge of what you need to pay attention to and what pitfalls and further expenses for repairs may be in each case. In one of the houses, Lena immediately noticed the smell of mold, although it had been recently renovated, and we immediately excluded this house from consideration. Lena was in touch with me all the time, explained in detail all the details of the transaction, promptly contacted the buyer's agent and the financial company on all issues. Lena is not only an experienced and responsible agent, but also a wonderful, sincere person, it was very nice to receive warm congratulations and housewarming gifts from her ❤️ If you want to buy the house of your dreams or successfully sell your home, contact only Lena! ❤️
