O'Paradise Spa is a massage spa located at 2268 Senter Rd Ste 216 in San Jose, California. With a 4.1-star rating from 161 reviews, it is a local option for people seeking massage appointments in the Senter Road area. The spa is open every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a consistent seven-day schedule that may be convenient for weekday, weekend, and later-day visits. Its San Jose location makes it a practical consideration for nearby residents and visitors looking to set aside time for personal wellness.

Massage is the main service highlighted by customer feedback. One reviewer referenced a one-hour massage package, while another described the therapists as skilled and professional. A guest also reported access to a steam room and dry sauna, calling the establishment fairly large and the facilities clean. Since individual services, amenity availability, and pricing may change, it is sensible to confirm what is included before an appointment. For guests looking specifically for massage in San Jose, CA, O'Paradise Spa provides an option with reported wellness amenities in addition to treatment rooms.

The atmosphere described in reviews is mixed, which is useful context for prospective guests. Positive feedback mentions clean facilities, professional staff, and excellent therapists. At the same time, some customers reported concerns about front-desk interactions, changing-room access, and the experience during their massage. Several reviews also raised concerns about gratuity expectations after service. These are individual customer experiences rather than a complete picture of every visit, but they suggest that clear communication at check-in can be especially important.

O'Paradise Spa may suit San Jose guests who want a massage spa with daily evening hours and who appreciate asking ahead about the details of their visit. Before booking, guests may wish to confirm the selected massage service, current price, whether steam-room or sauna access is available, where personal belongings can be stored, and how gratuity is handled. That preparation can help set expectations and support a more comfortable visit at this massage spa in San Jose, CA. With both favorable and critical feedback available, the business is best approached with an informed, direct conversation about the experience you are seeking.

I have been to the spa about three years since I've been living in the bay. But I will not be returning because my recent time going amenities were not offered like changing room, they took me straight to the massage room like where was I supposed to put my things. Then my masseuse comes in but during the massage she farted and it lasted in the room for over half of the massage. Prices are not bad, but cleanliness needs to be improved.

The front desk ladies tone was very rude and disrespectful. The one with braces. Definitely won’t be coming back. I can’t believe she would treat a paying customer so poorly. Two other things, my partners masseuse was singing during the massage lol. Then once the “rub down” was finished my masseuse straight up told me that for one hour a $20 tip is the minimum like what?? so ridiculous!

I went this place today and they suggested that 1 hour package is for 90$ for which I agreed and when the massage was over, they asked me for 30% tip which was not mentioned anywhere. Also the massage is not given by any professional. I really didn’t like the vibe and the people. Wasted 100$ on this thing, don’t make that mistake.

Massage service was okay. I paid $90 for one hour and tipped $15 (around 17%), which is reasonable. However, the staff was unhappy and demanded a $30 tip, which made me very uncomfortable. Tips should be voluntary, not forced. I won’t be returning
