Sign in to reviewI had a great experience with this dental office and the entire team. I came in with a broken tooth and needed urgent treatment, and Dr. Riad truly did his best to help me. I was very stressed and nervous, but he was calm, responsible, patient, and very professional throughout the whole process, which made me feel much more comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Riad was extremely supportive and handled everything very professionally. The entire team was kind, caring, supportive, and professional as well. The office is very clean, organized, and honestly has such a positive and welcoming energy. I’m truly happy that I chose this dental office, and I’m genuinely very happy and grateful that I had the chance to meet Dr. Rafik Riad and his amazing team.
We have been coming to Oak Tree Dental for about 7 years now, and today was another reminder of why we continue to trust them with our kids. My son needed a same day appointment, and they were able to get us in quickly, which I was so grateful for. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything to both of us and made sure my son felt comfortable the entire time. He ended up needing a tooth pulled because his adult tooth was coming in, and they handled it gently and efficiently. My son was nervous, but they helped him feel calm and brave, and everything went smoothly. Finding a dental office that consistently treats kids with care and respect means so much to me as a parent. We have always had positive experiences here, and I truly appreciate how attentive and compassionate everyone is. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Sorry, but I'm really really unhappy with the results of my filling. I came here around September 2024 and was told I had three cavities including one between my teeth and one behind my front tooth. For the cavity between my front teeth, the dentist (Dr. Hiba) put a wedge between my teeth which left a huge gap. I noticed the gap right after my filling and the Dental Assistant Yousuf said that was the only way to fill the cavity. I am now with a new dentist who said it wasn't necessary to use a wedge as he has never done this with his patients. Only a piece of paper to separate the teeth. I understand that each dentist has their own techniques, but it's really important to discuss procedures with patients--especially if it will drastically alter their smile. More transparency between dentist and patient is needed at this clinic. It's been a year since I've gotten this filling done and on one end, it has made me really dislike my smile. I've completely stopped smiling with my teeth. On the other end, so much food gets stuck between the gap, and now it looks like I'll have to spend extra money getting invisalign. The second filling behind my front tooth felt off right after I got it done. I ended up having to get it redone a couple months later. On the bright side, the dentists, hygienists and assistants were all very nice. And the filling was completely painless. The dentist did give me more tips on how to reduce cavities. I'm just very upset with how my teeth now look and feel.
Dr. Riad and my hygienist Amanda did such an amazing job. Highly recommend! I didn’t have a set dentist but will definitely be coming to them from now on. Thank you guys!
