Best divorce attorney ever! Going through a divorce is one of the toughest things I've had to do in this lifetime. Unless you are well off, finding an attorney is very difficult. I contacted about 17 attorneys hoping for advice. Oana was the only attorney who was objective, looked at both sides, then explained that her job is to do what is in the best interest of her client. Throughout the process this woman made time, followed up, worked with my budget, was compassionate, filed paperwork expeditiously, and had a true heart for her client. I never felt like a number; I never felt like a meal ticket. My situation was very unique, but she stuck it out with me and made sure that I was okay. There is a lot that can be said about preserving someone, dignity, honor, self respect, self worth, and value, but you don't expect to get that from your legal representative. I thank God for sending her into my path. In the end, I retained things that are normally taken away. I'm forever grateful. God is truly going to bless her, her business, and her family.

She represented me a few years back and was very understanding and supportive I appreciate everything she did and she charged me a reasonable price. I was able to keep the 50/50 physical and legal custody. Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend her ! She represented me through a custody battle in court . My nerves were out of control but she did everything to keep me calm answer my questions and over all her professionalism through the whole time was amazing . Utterly incompetent. She Threw away my opportunity to overturn an egregious child custody order made in my absence, because she didnt know that I had 12 weeks to file a challenge, despite me questioning her repeatedly about it. Then to add insult to injury Filimon forgot to file the only piece of paperwork she was asked to do! She spent the majority of our in office time (upto 90 mins per session) talking about Simon Cowell, her father, how she was bottom of her class at law school but she's working now so having the last laugh, etc etc etc, yet had the nerve to bill me for this time! Do not use this woman, she should not be allowed to practice law!

She was my divorce lawyer and she made all the procedures and the documentations so easy and simple to understand that I was amazed with her professionalism and timeliness I would recommend her to anybody that wants their legal situation resolved EXCELLENT LAWYER
