I initially called and was quoted $550 for front lower control arm assemblies including parts and labor. After bringing the vehicle in, the estimate increased to $907. Later, I received a call asking if I wanted the ball joints replaced as well — even though I had specifically requested full control arm assemblies. The final total came out to $1,425.75. The job was completed in about 3 hours, but I was billed for over 5 hours of labor, and the parts markup appeared significantly higher than expected. I understand estimates can change, but the jump from the initial quote to the final invoice felt excessive and poorly communicated. I would recommend getting a detailed written estimate upfront before committing.

I came to get my brakes done. Not only was the staff great, Irma offered to drive me back home to save me money on a Lyft instead of me having to wait for my car. They made suggestions what needed to be done and were willing to work with me without making me feel pressured like I had to buy something. They genuinely made me feel like they were looking out for my best interest and I ended up getting all my brakes done which were way overdue anyway. I would most definitely recommend them and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Carlos and all the staff, everyone was great!

This place is amazing! Highly recommend. I have been dealing with my car issues for a month now and going to multiple different places and my car kept having issues I went to oc auto care and the receptionist as so sweet and Carlos literally saved me and got it done and fixed my car and the mistakes the other made quickly and were very polite and honest. I’ve come to this shop twice now and both times have been great experiences. Dennis is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I had an estimate from the dealership before coming here, and he handled everything smoothly from start to finish, explained what was needed, and made the whole process easy and transparent. Carlos who worked on my car was friendly, honest, quick, and did solid work. Prices were fair and everything got done fast. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the customers.

I brought in my vehicle to get service on my brakes and I can safely say that it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto shop.
