I used to love this place until today. The doctor is amazing — I still really appreciate him — and the previous manager was a wonderful person. But the current manager keeps trying to charge extra money for commission. She is not doing her job properly and acts like she owns the place. Someone like this should not be given authority because she abuses it. She tried to charge me $1,200 for a tooth that I already knew had been approved by insurance. Later, when she checked again with the owner, she admitted that the treatment actually was approved by insurance. I had already known this for a long time because the previous manager had told me before. On top of that, today she caused additional problems and again tried to charge me extra money. She blamed me for her own mistake. I honestly don’t think I will come back here again. She completely ruined my 2-year relationship with this place.

I had a terrible experience with my wisdom tooth removal here. They did not give me any anesthesia, which they are absolutely supposed to. Instead, they just numbed the area with needles. I nearly fainted, and they had to stop and give me a strawberry—completely bizarre. Worse, the doctor never asked me for consent to remove extra teeth. He simply said, “I think I’ll remove two,” and then, mid-procedure, decided, “I’ll remove three.” and then removed all 4. I was unable to respond or give permission. It felt careless and reckless. They also didn’t provide any instructions beforehand or any aftercare guidance. To top it off, the front desk staff was gossiping the entire time, which was extremely unprofessional. This was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend them.

A very good dental clinic! I have been visiting it for a while now, and I keep coming back because of the caring attitude and professionalism of both the staff and the doctors. I would especially like to mention the assistant, Baris. He is a very polite young man who always does his best in his work and in his approach to patients. He even remembers my whole family and always sends his greetings to everyone, even though we are just patients. Thank you very much to the entire staff. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

I visited yesterday Ocean Dental Group and was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and welcoming, which made me feel confident that I found the right place. I went in for a root canal treatment and extractions on problematic tooth, and the whole experience was top-notch. Dr. Rehyan and her team are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, taking the time to explain my treatment and options clearly. Overall, a solid experience with a trustworthy team.
