Reviews frequently mention Connie and Tony, with customers praising their professionalism, helpful communication, and willingness to adjust pressure or accommodate requests. One guest said a massage helped address back and neck concerns, while others highlighted the care taken to check whether the pressure felt right. If you have a particular preference, sharing it with your therapist can help guide the session. These comments make Ocean Spa worth considering for guests who value attentive service and want to communicate their comfort needs during a massage.

Full-body massage is a recurring reason customers visit. Reviews also describe 90-minute couples massages with Connie and Tony, making the spa an option for partners looking to book together. One customer reported receiving a two-person special for two 60-minute massages; that review reflects a past customer experience, so check directly with Ocean Spa for current services, appointment availability, and pricing. Couples planning a visit may also want to ask about room arrangements in advance, as one reviewer noted that the setup can vary.

The atmosphere described in reviews ranges from convenient and welcoming to more practical than lavish. Guests have appreciated the Fort Apache location and the helpful response they received when arranging appointments. Experiences can differ, however: one reviewer reported discomfort with the room setup and massage technique. It is sensible to mention any mobility, positioning, pressure, or comfort concerns before the session begins, and to speak up during the massage if something does not feel right. Clear communication helps the spa understand what you need.
