Everything was gluten free and delicious!!! I loved my Taiyaki Ube sunday with gluten free oreo crumbles, the ice cream was creamy, and the waffle cone was perfectly fluffy. The mochi donut was fresh, chewy (in a good way), and flavorful! I wish I lived in the area so I could come back more often. 🥲

The shop is beautifully and adorably decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer a nice selection of desserts, including donuts and ice cream. I chose the matcha ice cream. The sweetness level was just right — not too sweet — and the flavors were well balanced and enjoyable. The quality of the ice cream matches the price, which I found reasonable. The only small downside was that the ice cream portion was quite large, which made it a little difficult to eat. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It’s a lovely place to relax, enjoy dessert, and take cute photos. I would definitely recommend it!

The ice cream and fish cone (taiyaki) is delicious. I had strawberry milk and mango twist and a caramel coconut mochi donut. I went to one other taiyaki place in Austin during my visit (Somi Somi) and OMG Squee was leagues better.

I visited OMG Squee yesterday, and it was such a fun experience! The shop itself is super cute and welcoming, with a playful vibe that makes you want to try everything on the menu. I ordered the ube taiyaki sundae, snickerdoodle mochi donut, mango mochi donuts, and ube macarons. Everything was so delicious! The taiyaki was definitely my favorite! It was soft, and the warm fish-shaped waffle paired perfectly with the creamy ube ice cream, making every bite comforting and satisfying. The ube macarons were rich and flavorful. The snickerdoodle and mango mochi donuts both had a strong sweetness to it that felt a little overwhelming. I probably would order them by themselves next time-just to avoid sugar overload ( but maybe that’s just me getting older and not being able to handle sugar the way I used to!). Overall, it was such a treat, and I’d definitely go back to try more.

I ordered the Hongkong Milk Tea to see whether it's similar with the HK Milk Tea I used to drink back in Malaysia and it is! so its an authentic experience 💕. My husband also liked the Caffe Ube, he finished it so fast. The Sesame Strawberry mochi also is really good and def something unique, will go back for it. Everything is not too sweet. It's usually hard to impress me, especially for Asian foods/drinks in the U.S., but this is my new fav dessert place in town! Oh, I also like their artsy Asian culture inspired souvenirs! Also, I'm so curious with the owner, a quick Google, and I found out she's on Netflix show Queer Eye Season 6! Such a wholesome episode, and she looks so precious and humble 🥹
