Started here for my COVID vaccine back in 21. The one on one attention was such a wonderful change of pace that I asked for them to be my primary care provider. Absolutely no regrets.

The owner of the clinic is an excellent specialist and just a wonderful woman, and all the staff at this clinic are very attentive and caring. I want to thank the whole team for their excellent work, they know their job! I had problems with being overweight for many years and it seemed to me that it was no longer possible to change anything, but these people made the impossible possible and my weight not only went away, but my menstrual cycle returned to normal, after their treatment methods I feel just fine. Thank you very much to everyone who helped me with this🥳👏🏼

I also experienced issues with scheduling from Maykala and quality of care. After I filed a grievance with my health insurance about never receiving an aftercare summary and being seen 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment because the doctor was with another patient, they dropped me as a patient. I let them know dropping me as a patient after I filed a grievance feels retaliatory but they don’t care. I don’t have reliable transportation. I need to plan my appointments ahead of time. I didn’t understand why they wanted me to come in same day after I called my health insurance about a medication authorization that was never fully completed. I didnt have a ride to the last minute appointment so I couldn’t make it. My chronic conditions sometimes require narcotic medication (which I’m not a fan of but whatever) I kind of felt like a drug addict checking in on the prescription authorization when I was just making sure I got the recommended treatment. Now I don’t have any medication for one of my conditions so I have to resort back to bed rest and experiencing more chronic pain than usual. I had high hopes with my first visit but I’m confused as to why everything changed suddenly. If you have ADHD I don’t recommend coming here. It’s not ADHD friendly. I have a hard time communicating with others because of my poor memory. They don’t accommodate disabilities. The office doesn’t have wheelchair access either.

I was fortunate enough to learn about this clinic by word of mouth last year. The first 2 times I came was for my initial COVID vaccinations. When I decided to come back a 3rd time for a booster shot, I had an opportunity to meet Val. I was so impressed by her and her staff, that I decided to become one of her patients. Her attention to detail is rare and she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel so fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Physician, and always feel welcome by her and her staff :)

I had a disappointing experience with the reception at this office. Makayla initially scheduled my appointment two months away, but just three days later, they called to inform me that I needed to reschedule. After a frustrating game of phone tag, I finally reached someone at the front desk, who admitted they had made a mistake. However, they couldn't fit me in until August, another two months from the original appointment date. In situations like this, I believe it's essential for businesses to rectify their mistakes promptly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Based on my experience, I do not recommend attempting to schedule an appointment at this office. It was a nightmare trying to navigate the process.
