Kathy Lamb (?★): It’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of Frisco. There’s a lot of traffic and can be noisy, so if you’re looking for a quiet place, this is probably not for you. Our room was nice, but the door handle on the bathroom door was broken and kept falling off. Water seeped out under the glass shower door making a large puddle on the floor. Maintenance did come up to tighten the handle on the door and replaced the rubber strip on the shower door. However that did not fix the water problem. (We had to pile the bath towels on the floor to absorb the water.) We were there to enjoy the Fourth of July weekend and watch the fireworks which we were told guests can view from the pool deck. However, while we were waiting for the fireworks to start, we were told the pool was closed and we had to leave. It would’ve been nice if they had kept the pool area opened until after the fireworks for guests to enjoy the view. The bath towels were very large, but a little rough on the skin. One of the mattresses on the queen size bed was not very firm, and we kept rolling towards the center. The staff is very nice and accommodating. And we loved the fact that there are so many restaurant options within walking distance. We especially enjoyed Dee’s and had a wonderful breakfast at The Common Table. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, but very pricey.
shay karnauch (?★): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stayed at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star for a two-night stay to celebrate her birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very first phone call, Rashad went above and beyond to help us organize everything and made sure we had the perfect room for the occasion. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail set the tone for an incredible stay. When we arrived, Karina and the entire front entrance and valet team welcomed us with genuine hospitality and made us feel like VIP guests every time we came and went. A huge thank you to Stacia Logan, who made our birthday celebration even more special with her thoughtfulness and exceptional hospitality. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The pool experience was fantastic thanks to David, who made the best cocktails, and Ali, who provided outstanding service with a smile throughout our time there. Every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such exceptional service. Thank you to everyone at Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star for making my wife’s birthday so special. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property feels modern and well integrated into The Star district, which makes it easy to move between meetings, dining, and downtime. Staff were professional without being overbearing, and the room felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. A solid choice if you’re in Frisco for work or a weekend stay.
Kimberly Devitt (?★): I’m about a month late writing this review, but the wonderful team at Omni Frisco at The Star absolutely deserves the recognition. I traveled to Frisco for work and brought my three-year-old, and the staff made what could have been a hectic trip feel incredibly personal, easy and special. Both Davids were amazing! David in valet was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, while David at the pool took such wonderful care of us and was so kind to my son. We also really bonded with Sage at the restaurant, who made us feel so welcome that it genuinely felt like we had made a friend. Everything was perfect, and Chef Neumann helped make the experience especially memorable. A huge thank-you as well to Angel, Tajirah, Emran, Adrian and Karina. Tajirah was an incredible hospitality lead and set such a welcoming tone from the moment we arrived. Every person we encountered made us feel truly cared for. Although this gratitude is arriving a little late, I hope it reaches every member of this exceptional team. They turned a work trip into a wonderful memory with my little boy, and I would return in a heartbeat!
