One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Central Tacoma

I find that One Medical is an outstanding Primary Care facility especially for us seniors. Dr. Queen Wahiwe is a very compassionate, kind and an excellent doctor. One who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is always searching for ways to improve your health as we get older as each year passes. She has a fantastic staff from the time you walk in the door. I had the opportunity to meet her Medical Assistant, Azi better known as "Z". What a bubbly personality. She will make your first visit extremely comfortable. Although Alex, at the front desk, was very friendly as he greets you as you walk in. Is was helping out this location from his home location at another One Medical facility. Of course they have a on staff nurse "Jai". Just like everyone at One Medical, she is excellent in her field. Another little antidote is the facility is well self contained with procedures done elsewhere can be done on location. I highly recommend One Medical for future care.

Dr. Peoples is one of the best doctors that I have had. He takes the time to listen and explains things in terms that I understand. I like the concept of IORA, taking patients that are older and concentrating on the issues that can come up in older patients. Shelby is my Health Coach and she's great. A kind person. Curran in the front office has always been helpful. I'm glad the I found IORA (now One Medical Seniors) via a friend who switched from her former doctor as well.

Taking my elderly mother to a new doctor is a challenge to say the least. Iora was a positive experience for a first time visit. The staff was extremely pleasant and Dr Kwon was understanding and knowledge. We look forward to a future with Iora.

I wrote a glowing report for the Puyallup office, and now they are making me write another one for the Tacoma office. They are so nice that it makes me sick..LOL Seriously, all the One Medical offices and the One Medical at Home are the best Medical offices that I have ever dealt with. Being a Disabled person, they go out of their way to make me feel normal. They make sure that I am welcomed, and picked on (my choice) and I feel like family. I am never nervous to call for anything. Every call I have made has been answered with professionalism and calmness. If you are looking for a new Medical Office and are on Medicare, this is the office for you.
