My daughter had concerns that the brake booster in her Prius was going out. We had really good experiences the last couple of times we had taken her car to One Way Auto Repair, so they already had earned my trust. And once again, my trust was well placed in their capable hands! For a nominal fee, they did a complete diagnostic and inspection of her brake system, and gave the rest of her car a look-over for good measure. And the best part - no repairs needed! How often can you say that you took your car to a mechanic, and they didn't try to upsell or sell you unnecessary repairs? The folks at One Way are honest, ethical, and when you need work done, are highly skilled, so you can be sure the work was done right! Highly recommended, and we won't be taking our cars anywhere else!
I was driving from NorCal to SoCal and started experiencing an issue with my car. Gave the shop a call and they got me in same day. Excellent customer service and communication. They explained everything and were quick to get the repair done. Thanks to the team for taking care of us!
We came in for an oil change with no appointment and they were able to get us in and the full inspection was top notch. Mark gave us quick and thorough run through of everything needed. He was helpful and nice. My Prius was serviced and we’ll definitely come back for future car needs.
Best experience ever. Everytime I brought my car to mechanic shop to check my car, they only did is drive 1 round then open the hood take a quick look then done $100. But with One way auto repair, they took seriously in take a deep look and toôk photo and sending report to me very details so i can tell what to do to my car.
