About
OneTravel is listed on FindALoco in Las Vegas, NV with address, phone, website, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Travel Agency.
OneTravel is a travel agency located at 1050 E Flamingo Rd Ste 302, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119. The available business information identifies its category and Las Vegas address, but does not list operating hours or a detailed catalog of travel services. If you are considering OneTravel for a trip, contact the agency directly to confirm whether it can help with your itinerary, what booking options are available, and how its service fees and ticket conditions work. Checking those details before paying can help you understand what is included and who to contact if plans change.
Customer feedback gives a mixed and notably cautious picture. One reviewer describes booking an Avianca flight through OneTravel for a trip to San Andres Island, while arranging the hotel separately through Booking.com. Other reviewers report difficulties involving flight credits, customer support, and correcting a passenger’s middle name on a ticket. One customer says they were quoted a $200 charge for a name correction, while another reports not receiving a ticket or a response. These are individual accounts, not a complete statement of the company’s current policies, but they are important experiences to consider when comparing travel agencies.
OneTravel has a listed rating of 2.4 out of 5 based on 8 reviews. With a small number of reviews, that score represents a limited sample, yet the concerns described by customers make it especially worthwhile to confirm booking details in writing. Before completing a purchase, check the passenger names against identification, verify that the airline has issued the ticket, and ask how cancellations, changes, and credits are handled. Request a clear explanation of any protection plan, service fee, or change charge, and keep copies of confirmations and communications. For time-sensitive travel, make sure you understand how to reach support and whether the airline or agency must handle a requested change.
For travelers in Las Vegas seeking a travel agency, OneTravel may be worth contacting to ask about a specific trip, but the available information does not establish its hours, atmosphere, or full range of services. Approach the booking with clear questions and compare the agency’s total price and terms with other options. In particular, do not assume that a flight credit or ticket change will be straightforward; ask what conditions apply to your reservation before purchasing. A careful review of the itinerary, ticket status, passenger information, and written terms can help you make an informed decision about whether OneTravel is the right fit for your travel plans.

My friend Cristian recommended One Travel and sent a link for a trip to San Andreas Island for my girlfriend Paula and I. I booked the Avianca flight with One Travel. I booked the hotel with booking.com. Last Sunday I was riding my scooter in Laureles, Medellin Colombia. I Hit a large pothole and was trying to recover when I hit another hole and went down. I hit my head and broke my arm and dislocated my hand. Wednesday I had surgery for 5 hours to repair the damage and just spent the last 3 days in a hospital here in Medellin. My doctor recommended that I do not go on the trip. Plus I need to come back for follow up care. This morning I went on booking.com and canceled the hotel reservation. It was a couple of clicks, Booking.com is wonderful. Then I went to my Avianca flight with One Travel to start the cancellation process. They told me after a long chat session that the tickets were non refundable and that they were not going to give me my money back. After negotiating for an hour back and forth they offered to give me $144 off of my tickets of $591.74usd. One Travel also offered to submit a claim to avianca that would take weeks or months to get resolved. I told them that I wanted a full refund and they could work out the details with avianca. After another half hour of negotiations they said that they had to abide by airline policies and they couldn't give me a refund. At that point I told them I was going to post a Google review about their horrible customer service. So here I am with a broken arm and follow up doctor appointments One Travel and avianca are not willing to help me other than give me a small refund of my tickets. I would highly recommend that you don't use One travel As far as avianca goes I haven't gone online to negotiate a refund with them because one travel is the agency that I booked through. If One Travel would have given me a refund I would have rebooked the trip when my hand was better and ready to go. There you go, One travel is not going to give you your money back even if you are hurt and in a hospital with surgery and follow up appointments.
So One Travel and Cheep O Air is one company. When you buy ticket you have options to buy flight protection. But when you have problem they don't care. If you get to the point that you get your flight credit and you try to use that credit …
My wife bought tickets thru OneTarvel. She used my middle intial instead of full middle name. TSA Precheck will not recognize me without the full middle name. I call One Travel to change the middle name they want to charge me $200. The airline would do it free of charge. I recommend not to use OneTravel.
