Openbay Garage

This is a great place to work on your own vehicle that both clean & well equipped! The only other place like this near me is the auto skills center on JBLM & that shop doesn't look the greatest,. While it is WAY cheaper(at $12 vs $50/hr), its not well equipped & isn't as clean. So if I have free time to make the 1 hour commute north, I would 100% come back to openbay to work on my own car. My 1 request tho is that a tad lower baseline price would b nice. (Better A/C as well IG? I DID get a bit sweaty when I was here over the summer.) Tho I DO appreciate that u offer a military discount! One of the things I like most is that the staff there are very nice(skills center staff tend to look n act not in the mood ngl) & will set up the lift for me so that I don't have to guess. Because the staff is welcoming & nice, I'm more willing to ask them for any help with issues I have. The shop being big, bright n clean also helps to give me a good impression. IF possible, im wondering if you would be willing to open up another location south of the puget sound somewhere round Thurston county. If you guys r REAL close to me, id even consider learning how to properly change my own oil.

I bought a catback exhaust for my Integra, but I don't own a lift, and I have a gravel driveway with no garage. I looked online and found Openbay Garage as a service center where you could rent a bay and a lift. It was a two hour drive for me, but I was willing to give it a shot. All I can say is that my experience was outstanding. I was greeted the second I walked in, and Dan helped me get into my bay right away. He got me set up on the lift and even got an exhaust hanger tool for me to use! Absolute lifesaver. I was prepared to spend a lot of time and sweat doing this job, but this place made it SUPER easy! I had access to every tool I could ever dream of needing, and they were QUALITY tools too. The fridge with the drinks was a nice touch also. If you need to do some work on a car but don't have all the tools you need, you need to come here. You will be blown away.

Pretty cool way to get your own work done on your car. Having just moved here and not having a driveway to work in, and not wanting to pay labor, Openbay Garage is very convenient. The shop is clean, everything is well organized and they have everything you could need for pretty much any job. The staff are friendly, and very helpful as well.

Booked a bay to do a brake change and it was perfect! Well lit, clean, and quality tools available. Super easy and affordable too. Can't wait to visit again. Visit 2: Another great day at Openbay! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Great experience, friendly staff, plenty of tools to do any kind of work on your vehicle, affordable bay rentals. A great way for DIY mechanics to fix their vehicle but dont have the space or proper tools to do it. Highly recommend.
