Sign in to reviewOC European is amazing! I needed my Mercedes GLC battery replaced. Christian was very responsive and provided a quote in advance, which was much lower than the dealership’s quote. I was able to bring my car in the next day. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and already knew I was bringing the car in. So great internal communication. It only took 1.5 hrs to complete the job. Highly recommend taking European cars here over the dealership.
These guys are the BEST. If you’re looking for service on your VW, this is the place to be. After thousands of wasted dollars with the dealership, I finally found a reasonably priced mechanic for my GTI. I had a coolant leak repaired for less than HALF of the quoted price from the dealership, got my oil changed, and got my front brake pads and rotors replaced, without breaking the bank. Very fair and reasonable pricing, and phenomenal customer service. Daniel is friendly and super helpful, and he makes sure you know exactly what’s going on and that your car is in good hands. Always a pleasure working with them as they are also very flexible with dropping off / picking up your car. I’m so glad that after 2 years of dealership shenanigans, I’ve finally found the right shop for my car. Highly recommend!!

These guys are in it for the love of the game. First thing I appreciated was the upfront out the door estimates. The quote I was given for the repair was the price I was charged. No hidden fees. I brought my GTI in due to no start. They pretty quickly diagnosed it as a timing chain, and shortly after starting repairs discovered more damage that required a rework on a portion of the engine by another shop. They coordinated well with the other shop and provided a quick turn around for the amount of labor required. Meanwhile keeping me in the loop. Christian spent time with me discussing the repair, options, estimates ect as well as experience with previous repairs. Great communication, and they definitely went above and beyond making sure this vehicle was given back to me in a state where I'm confident we shouldn't see issues beyond scheduled maintenance and natural wear of the vehicle.
