Sign in to reviewI just moved down to Orange County from Norco and needed to find a new dentist closer to me. I was referred here by one of my good friends. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist, I think her name is Kaelyn, that cleaned my teeth was so thorough, gentle and very nice! And the same for the doctor that evaluated my teeth. Everybody was great and I am very happy with this office. I will be referring my parents here as well since their dentist retired and are in the process of fining a new one.
I can’t say enough about this office! The staff from front desk, to hygienist, to their assistant, to the doctor was incredibly nice and genuinely cared. I was extremely nervous going into my appointment due to previous negative experiences. They acknowledged and talked me through everything before doing it. Asked me about concerns, gathered a comprehensive history and let me decide the timeline for how I’d like to proceed. They double checked my concerns and looked for every possible explanation. They’re so personable and made sure to understand where I was coming from. They were so patient with my questions and showed me everything. They definitely don’t hide anything or do anything unnecessary. I’ve definitely found my consistent office and they schedule you so you can return with your preferred treatment team if you’d like. thank you and i appreciate everything :))
Sharon was awesome. Super kind and personable. It had been a while for me, and never once did she make me feel bad. We live busy lives, but oral hygiene is important. I’m committed to doing better as a result.
Friendly and very helpful staffs, especially the hygienist Ms. Sharon. Her straightforward advice improve my daily oral hygiene routine. Also the dentist's advices are very constructive and practical. These are the qualities I look for in any professional field. I feel comfortable with them taking care of my oral health.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. I’ve been to different dentist’s offices in the state and country. I have not been able to figure out the root cause of my dental issues. My dental hygienist was so thorough and so great at what she does she was able to figure it out. I am so grateful for her attention to detail. Everyone here takes their job so seriously and it’s so refreshing and inspiring to see just how professional they all are.
