Our Kingdom Spa and Massage

I found this gem through Groupon & I am glad I did!! I booked a sports massage and Love did exceeded my expectations! She worked out the knots in my shoulders, i instantly felt lighter. When she worked on my legs she checked in with me to make sure I was able to tolerate. The scalp massage was unexpectee but greatly appreciated!!! Bottom line i will definitely be coming back for more servixes

ery Disappointing Experience My experience at this salon on 08/07 was the worst. First, my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I wasn’t serviced until 11:30 AM. When I walked in, the salon was extremely hot, with no air conditioning, and the temperature outside was 102 degrees. Once my services began, things were okay at first, but the heat became unbearable. The massage therapist was sweating so badly that his sweat was actually dripping onto me during my massage. 🥵 I want to make it clear that I do not blame the massage therapist for sweating. He was working under extremely uncomfortable conditions. My concern is with the owner and the fact that employees and customers were expected to remain in those conditions. There is no way someone should have to work or receive services in that kind of heat. This experience was especially disappointing because the service was a birthday gift from my daughter, and I was really looking forward to enjoying and relaxing during my special day. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The owner asked me not to leave a bad review, and I originally intended to honor that request. However, after reflecting on my experience, I feel that I have to be honest about what happened. I am sharing this review so that others are aware of my experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon. I truly hope the owner addresses the air-conditioning issue so that future customers and employees don't have to experience what I did.

I had a terrible knot in my shoulder for the last few days. It was getting worse every morning, so I knew I needed help. I made an appointment in the morning for later that day. They were able to accommodate short notice and gave me one the best massages I’ve ever had. I asked for deep pressure and Ellen did not disappoint. The first 15-20 minutes were focused on my shoulders and neck and pretty intense, but I started to feel better immediately. By the end I felt like a new person. Ellen is truly gifted at her craft and I am so pleased to have found this local gem. I even bought some gift cards for my loved ones (and me 🙂). I can’t wait to go back, hopefully before I get into the state I was today.

Aw, this was awesome my first ever massage 💆🏾. She said I was built like these Philly streets with all my knots just a bumpy road. My body is on its way to breaking down due to the neglect I have been putting it through. This was very relaxing and well needed 😌. It was my pleasure to support a black business, which benefited my health and knowledge on supporting my body better. Will do again. (90-Minute Deep Tissue Massage with Spring Blend Foot Scrub)

I had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was very nice and, oh my God, what a great massage. I got there in so much pain and left the place feeling relieved. I would definitely go back and absolutely recommend it to a friend.
