The owner of the shop is not here and that’s who always cuts my hair this lady did not want to cut my hair to begin with I told her the same instructions the other lady has told me to tell them when she’s not here.. I think her name is either “Helen” or “Alene” 3 one on the sides with high fade (she clearly has told me tell them that) this lady gets mad cause I told her about the high fade she she has started to scream at me and when I told her to please don’t scream at me that I’m just telling her what the other lady told me to say she has made me stand up look at the board and I told her maam I want high fade showed her on the board I went back to sit and she has told me to leave that she will not cut my hair and not to come back (I’ve been coming here for years the owner is not here she’s on vacation and this is how staff treats costumers when she’s not here!) HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I have short to medium thin hair. I asked for a blow out. She didn’t even have the brush to blow me out. She just dried my hair tangled. No product. No heat protectant. No oil. Ignored all that i asked or question. Never once tried communicating even when i tried using a translator. If i could give 0 stars i would. I would recommend anyone to come here if they care about their hair and the quality of work.

Best prices, $7 for men's haircut. They charge a $1 extra if you pay with card and your bill is less than $15. The people here have bit of broken English, but you can still manage to communicate. The lady did pay a lot more attention than I would get at a great clips.

This was my first time here and it was a very positive experience. The Vietnamese lady that cut my hair was named Nina and she was very kind. At 7 bucks for a haircut, you can't really beat it. It's way better than those haircut chains. Will probably come back here when I need another haircut.

I don't think it earned a star. Stay far away. She said it was an easy cut. My hair was one length and pass my waist before today. I think it obvious which is the cut I wanted compared to what I got. Any other salon would have done a great job for what I was willing to pay. Instead I didn't even want to pay $20 for this mess.
