PAC - Pasadena Auto Care

I took my Mercedes Benz S550 for the brakes, struts, sways, suspension compressor and valve and it was the best decision I made to take my car to PAC Pasadena Auto Care. I had took my car to another shop and they never did anything to fix it so I looked for another shop and found them, I’m glad I found this shop. As soon as I took my car to them they started working on it. Ben and his staff are very great people, professional and honest. They were very good on communicating and updating me on everything, excellent service. Ben explained the repairs and answer any questions I had clearly, he was very helpful. The pricing is great and affordable, I highly recommend this shop. Best shop in Pasadena/Houston, I will definitely be back if I ever need a mechanic for my car. Thank you Ben & staff.

I want to say Ben and his crew are the best got my car running like brand new quick and fast. They communicate the best too always letting me know what was going on with my vehicle and showing me videos of the process. Best shop in Houston!! For sure recommending it to everyone. If your car needs fixing or maintenance they are the ones for the job !!

Benjamin is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I went to two other mechanics before finding him, and before I could even finish explaining what was going on with my car, he told me the original problem without me having to say it. That’s when I knew he was truly skilled and knew exactly what he was doing. The other mechanics completely ignored the real reason my engine light came on. I ended up paying to fix two things that were not even the actual issue, and eventually the original problem came right back. As soon as I brought my car to Benjamin, he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under four hours. I highly recommend him. I drove an hour to get to him, and it was absolutely worth it. I love it here, and he is officially my new mechanic. Nobody else will be touching my vehicle from now on.

I cannot recommend Pasadena Auto Care highly enough. After years of mediocre auto service experiences, I’m thrilled to have found a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and delivers exceptional work. Ben has been absolutely incredible to work with - knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled right. The entire process was remarkably user-friendly, with clear estimates delivered through an easy-to-use portal and constant communication with updates throughout the service. My car was serviced within 24 hours, which was impressive in itself. What really set them apart was Ben going above and beyond to help me get my car cleaned and even connecting me with trusted local services for windshield repair and tinting. That kind of customer care is rare. The pricing is fair, the expertise is evident, and the passion for quality work shines through in every interaction. I’ve already decided to bring all of my vehicles here going forward - Pasadena Auto Care has earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for an auto shop that combines excellent service, fair pricing, and genuine customer care, this is the place.

Had a great experience with PAC Pasadena Auto Care. The team was very professional and honest throughout the entire process—no upselling, just straightforward communication. They diagnosed and fixed both my AC and radiator issues quickly, and the pricing was more than fair for the work performed. It’s not easy to find a shop you can trust, but these guys earned it. Highly recommend.
