Ana was especially charming and helpful, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. During my visit, Esmeralda, the dental assistant, assisted me with my X-rays and clearly explained each step of the process. Shortly after, Dr. Shultz came in, thoroughly examined my teeth, and took the time to explain all of my treatment needs in detail. I also had a consultation regarding Invisalign treatment. The team explained the entire process and helped me review flexible monthly payment options, allowing me to choose a plan that best fit my budget. I highly recommend Pacific Dental Group to anyone looking for quality dental care. The office is beautiful, equipped with up-to-date technology, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I found this dentist office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years because I am a bit scared. I haven’t had great experiences in the past but I am happy I found pacific dental group. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was explained my treatment plan and they make sure to answer any questions I had. They made sure that I was comfortable during my cleaning. I look forward to future treatments with them.
