Pacific East Mall is a community-oriented shopping mall at 3288 Pierce St in Richmond, CA, bringing together restaurants, grocery shopping, baked goods, and specialty retail in one convenient stop. The center is especially useful for people looking to combine errands with a meal or an unhurried browse, rather than making separate trips across town. With a listed 4.1-star rating from 1,730 reviews, it is a familiar Richmond destination where visitors often come to eat, shop, and discover something new in the same visit. It is not just a place to pass through; its combination of everyday necessities and leisure suits flexible plans.
Food and market shopping are central to the experience. Customer reviews point to the attached 99 Ranch Market for Asian groceries, specialty ingredients, produce, and prepared Chinese food to go. They also mention a bakery and a range of restaurants, creating easy options for a quick pickup, a casual meal, or treats to take home. Among the individual spots named by visitors are Sheng Kee and Happy Lemon; one review specifically calls out Happy Lemon's lemon Yakult with aloe. These details make Pacific East Mall a practical place to explore flavors and pantry items that may be harder to find at a standard supermarket. They also support a varied, all-in-one shopping trip.
Shopping at the mall extends beyond groceries. Visitors describe interesting small shops with books, Hello Kitty-themed items, anime merchandise, and other finds that reward taking time to look around. That mix gives this Richmond shopping center a browse-friendly, discovery-oriented feel: a visit can be focused and efficient, or it can turn into an afternoon of checking out storefronts between food stops. It is well suited to families, local shoppers, fans of Asian snacks and specialty goods, and anyone who enjoys pairing a market run with dining and retail browsing. Reviews note that weekends can be busy, while also reporting parking availability. The setting works equally well for a planned errand and for shoppers who prefer to see where a visit leads.
Pacific East Mall lists daily hours of 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a broad window for weekday errands, evening food runs, and weekend visits. Its location in Richmond, California, makes it a useful stop for nearby residents as well as visitors exploring the East Bay. If you are planning to visit for a particular restaurant, market item, or shop, individual tenant hours and availability may differ. Come with a little time to explore—the variety of dining, markets, bakery offerings, and specialty stores is the reason many reviewers return.

Sign in to reviewLove coming here! There’s a ton to check out—restaurants, a grocery market, a bakery, and multiple Asian markets. It’s one of those spots where you can eat, shop, and explore all in one trip. The restaurants are consistently good, the bakery has some must-try treats, and the Asian markets have a great selection of unique ingredients and snacks. It’s fun just walking around and seeing all the options. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal, picking up groceries, or just browsing for something new, this place has it all. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!
Ranch99 has nice Chinese food togo and exotic vegetables and Oriental foods. There are many interesting shops and restaurants. Never been there you better to try. Weekend is busy but enough parking. 👍 …
Nice little mall. 99 Ranch Market is attached. There are restaurants and cute stores here with books and a lot of Hello Kitty stuff and more. I never leave empty handed.
The mall itself is fine I feel that they must improve the hygiene of the restrooms. I also feel that the management of this shopping center has leaned NOTHING from the recent pandemic. Hygiene is something very basic and it must be looked at on an ongoing basis. The men's restroom is wet everywhere and full of graffiti. Do I need to take pics of the toilets??
Absolutely enjoy coming here because of all the different shops located inside. From restaurants to 99 Ranch and everything in-between, this spot has it all. There's a Sheng-Kee, a Happy Lemon (one of my fav spots because of their lemon yakult with aloe), shops that sell anime merch, and plenty of restaurants to make your tummy happy. I really wish I remembered to go more when the restaurants are open. I always go too early and then can't eat, before I shop.
