Paddock Imports

I took my GLE to Doug and Chris at Paddock Imports yesterday, and they were great to work with. They were honest, straightforward, and showed real integrity. They were not trying to sell me anything I did not need. The work was excellent, and the price was more than fair. They have definitely earned my trust. Paddock Imports will be my exclusive shop from here on out. Stay away from the dealer and go here instead. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Absolutely wonderful people! Paddock Imports goes above and beyond to make you feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Paddock Imports, especially Chris and Doug! Before I even purchased my pre-owned Porsche, I called with questions and spoke with Chris. Since I had never owned or even driven one before, I wanted to have the vehicle inspected before moving forward with my purchase. Chris took the time to explain the maintenance schedule, oil changes, the proper fuel to use, and what to expect as an owner. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision and scheduled my inspection. When I brought the car in, everything went smoothly. Chris and Doug thoroughly inspected it, and I was thrilled when they told me I had found a mint-condition vehicle. They also explained that I would be due for the 30,000-mile service in about 1,200 miles and took the time to explain exactly what that service would include. Doug, the owner, was just as impressive. He shared valuable tips on how to keep it in excellent condition, what I should do, and just as importantly, what I should avoid. I never felt rushed—they genuinely cared about helping me understand and enjoy my new vehicle. I had called two other service shops before finding Paddock Imports, and neither came close to the level of friendliness and professionalism I experienced here. Chris and Doug were knowledgeable, patient, honest, and incredibly welcoming. They made me feel even better about my purchase and gave me complete confidence that it’s in the best hands. If you’re looking for a shop that truly knows these vehicles and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Paddock Imports. They’ve earned a customer for life!

I've been taking my Volkswagen Alltrack to Paddock for a few years now. I've come to really trust this shop, their expertise, and their quality of work. I started seeing them after the VW dealership wanted to oversell me on a mileage service package, and when I came to Doug, he said, nah, you just need these few things for a fraction of the price. I think some of their prices are steep, but I don't second-guess it because they've earned my trust through their explanations and confidence in what they offer.

I am so appreciative of the team at Paddock. I went in anticipating an expensive bill and a list of recommended services that I didn't need, and came out of there with the opposite! They were honest about what services I needed, and more …
