My sister and I went here today and we will definitely be back! The waitresses were so so sweet! They gave us a sample of the Jajang-myeon and it was super delicious! The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help me pick a food item! I got the Jjamppong with beef and a Mango Ade and it was yummy! The Ade was very sweet and had a different taste! Also they gave the Fathers and customers some free jjajang packs for Father's Day! Can't wait to come back!

We tried the pork jajangmyeon, jjamppong, shrimp fried rice, and sweet and sour pork, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful, fresh, and authentic. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There aren’t any good Korean-style Chinese restaurants in the town where I live, so we drove four hours to come here. It was completely worth the trip! We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely come back whenever we’re in the area.

Paik’s Noodle Houston is a must-visit if you like bold, spicy comfort food. I ordered the meat jjamppong, dumplings, and kimchi, and everything was excellent. The jjamppong broth was rich, spicy, and had that smoky wok flavor with plenty of pork, mussels, and vegetables in a huge, satisfying bowl. The fried dumplings were crispy with a flavorful pork filling, and the kimchi had a great fermented crunch that balanced the meal perfectly. Portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the food comes out hot and fast. Not fancy, but exactly what you want from a Korean noodle house. I’ll definitely be back.
