Oai is a really great, honest mechanic! I had a very positive experience going to Palace Autos and will be going again if I have another issue. His pricing is very competitive compared to other mechanics, but he still uses great quality parts (new). They were also very fast (I had an alternator replacement). Super kind and communicative. Would recommend to other friends and will be coming again if needed.
Another visit, this one for new tires installation and coolant leak repair, and 5 star service Again. Been going here since 2009 and every visit is outstanding for price and service. Oai (pronounced "Y" like the letter) is owner and is very respectful of your time and money and is also friendly and enjoys making cars and trucks better! Highest recommendation!!
Love this place! If you've got a Honda or Toyota, This is the spot to get it serviced/repaired. Mr. Oai is a gem of a man. Very straightforward and genuine. Can't go wrong with them! Very affordable, they do have a lot of clients so don't expect your car to be ready the next day. Give the mechanics their space and time and they'll give your car the attention it deserves.
It’s been 80k miles since I change my clutch. Price was fare back in the day when in did it. 2020? He was honest and helpful, so after some years, I’m writing the review.
