I drove 45 minutes to visit this spa with my husband and son to celebrate my son’s 22nd birthday. At first, everything seemed fine. The facility isn’t very modern or new, but it appeared clean and the staff were polite and professional. However, about 30 minutes into our visit, a staff member came to find me in the women’s area because my husband and son were waiting for me outside. That’s when I learned something very disturbing had happened. My son was in the hot tub when another man touched his leg inappropriately. He immediately got up and moved away, but shortly after, another man entered the hot tub and behaved in a similar way. My son told me that both men were engaging in sexual behavior (masturbating) in that area. I was shocked and extremely uncomfortable. People come to places like this to relax or celebrate special occasions, and it was very upsetting to encounter this kind of behavior. This spa had been highly recommended to me, but based on our experience, it felt more like a place for inappropriate encounters than a relaxing environment. I would not recommend this place if you are simply looking for a calm, respectful place to unwind.
Extremely Disappointed – Declining Quality and Lack of Professionalism I would give zero stars if I could. My husband has been a loyal client here for …
Relaxing 😌 went here for my birthday half off but only on the day of your birthday you get a discount. Body scrub. It was okay. Didnt really feel like she did a good job. In la they have scented body scrub i miss it. …
I gave one star only because there was no option to give zero. I have visited many day spas in the greater Seattle area, and this was by far the filthiest and most unsanitary spa I have ever experienced. The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed more concerned about saving money than providing a comfortable experience for customers. They repeatedly turned off the steam room once it got warm, allowing it to become cold again. When I asked about it, I was told, “The guy shut it down and went home.” However, after I mentioned that I planned to leave a review, they suddenly turned it back on to the point where it is extremely hot and dangerous. That alone says a lot about how they operate. The staff’s attitude toward customers was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, with little to no concern for customer satisfaction. I honestly do not understand how they continue to stay in business with this level of service. Before visiting, I had read several negative reviews, but I wanted to see for myself. Unfortunately, my experience matched exactly what others described. The Korean lady, who I believe may be the owner, was especially rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.
Older place as people have said, but my experiences have been awesome. People are quiet and keep to themselves and the place has anything you could want to help you relax. 3 warm rooms, sauna, steam room, three pools including a cold one and an even cool room. Heading over again today.
