Sign in to reviewVisited PALETERIA NUEVO LEON in Richardson recently. The food itself was fine, but the customer service and sensitivity from the server were very disappointing. When our food arrived, we found small pieces of pork sausage in both the soup and tacos. None of the menu descriptions mentioned pork as an ingredient. When we raised the issue, the server casually responded that the dishes contained pork, as if it was something obvious that we should have already known. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of courtesy or apology. We did not even ask for replacement dishes, yet we still had to order something else ourselves that did not contain pork. A little customer care, understanding, and sensitivity toward dietary restrictions or personal preferences would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience left us quite disappointed. Besides this bad experience, one good thing about the place was their unique menu of delicious ice cream, which is definitely a must-try.

Absolutely amazing spot! There’s a restaurant on the left and the Paleteria on the right, both are fire. Some of the best tacos and Mexican snacks I’ve had in Dallas, hands down. Everything is fresh, full of flavor, and the ice cream selection is next level. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
After eating lunch next door we grabbed dessert and it was all so good. My daughter can’t stop raving about the crepe.
