DO NOT COME!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. The building smelled like cigarettes, I was asked to pay upfront, and then was even asked if I wanted a “happy ending,” which is completely inappropriate. The therapist also took two breaks and only massaged me for about 50 minutes when I paid for 60. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed the entire time. This is not a legitimate or professional massage place. Would not return.
Palms Spa delivered an excellent massage experience with a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to pressure, and helped release deep tension effectively. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and will definitely be returning.
I passed by here after get off work and decided to give it a try. It was a really great experience. The environment is beautiful, clean, and tidy, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the massage techniques are excellent. I'll definitely come back again when I have time.
