I had some crown work recently at the San Jose office. Theresa and Simran who were assisting are very skillful and nice. Theresa explained to me what she’s going to do and kept checking if I’m ok. Dr. Dheri is my dentist and she is awesome. She’s calm and so soft spoken and calming! I also like Rhonda who’s in the front office. She’s very efficient and knows how to work with patients. For me the best part is, when I shared that I’m allergic to Glade and fragrance products, they actually don’t use them anymore.
Dr. Pannu is truly exceptional. He’s highly skilled, attentive, and genuinely values his patients. He’s always accommodating and available when needed, making every visit smooth and reassuring. The entire team from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists provides outstanding customer service. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. I got an implant and bone graft with Dr. Pannu. He is really nice! After the free consultation, he explained everything very clearly! The staff and nurses are knowledgeable, nice, and polite!
