I brought my son to Shelby for a perm. It was his first time. I googled and looked at many reviews for salons nearby and found finalised Shelby basis the feedback and other reviews. She explained the process and differentiated curls and what would perhaps suit best. Based on my son’s hair volume, face cut and his expectation she suggested 2 different curl types for him (my son initially had a diff style in mind). Her reasoning seemed more convincing and he went with what she suggested and yes it came out really well. He was very satisfied and loves his curls now. Our experience has been great with Shelby. Thank you so much Shelby. Appreciate the effort and ofc the skill :)
