This was my first ever salon experience, and the service was super supportive although I was late to my appointment they still took me in with open arms and were very cheerful that I still had made it to the shop! I’m more than glad that I transitioned from a barber shop to here!! (LOOK AT THAT PERM)
They were nice overall but the outcome wasn’t at all what i asked for. I asked for just the very tips of my hair bleached and colored a maroon red, and to add layers and curtain bangs. They did not follow the picture or the instructions. They had me in the chair for over 4 hours and they still couldn’t get the color right. the bleach job was too heavy and blocky, the red was too bright, and the haircut was too heavy with not enough layers like i asked. When they washed my hair they were pretty rough too. Then they had almost everyone in the studio working on my hair passing me around while the main girl who did my hair took other clients while she was still doing my hair. I just had to leave with what I had because I did not want them messing with my hair again. If you want just a basic haircut they’re ok but don’t come here if you have something specific in mind. Not worth the money either.
Came here for the first time today and had a great experience! Scheduled for a haircut and got my hair washed, cut, and styled. Lisa did an amazing job with my hair, I showed her one picture from pinterest for reference and she immediately knew what to do. She has a really great attention to detail and the entire service was done under an hour. Definitely coming back :)
I got a layered haircut and had a great experience! The stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that looks really nice and easy to manage. They also shampooed and styled my hair afterward, which made it feel so fresh and polished. Everyone was friendly, and the salon had a welcoming atmosphere. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back! 😊✂️💕
I went to Jae min, he was AMAZING! I went in and got a haircut that I’ve never had and he did so good. He is very light handed when cutting hair and takes very good time for all the details. He was also good a communicating every step of the way through the haircut. I also went back for a touch up and he did even better with what I had envisioned! Will keep going to him for my bang touch ups
