This place is so clean on the inside and outside Mrs. Nora was so pleasant to talk to and friendly. The decorations are so girl coded. And they sell last minute stuff for a cake like candles, decorated toppers , bubbles , cake holders etc. I love it here 🥰

*changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star, because after 2 months of no reply from the business, it’s clear to me that they clearly just don’t care about the customers experience, and people deserve to know that they will take your money, and if they make mistakes that leave you unsatisfied with what you paid for, you will not hear even an apology from them. After 2 months of my initial review being up, it’s clear to me that they will just steer clear of any accountability if they can help it. Original review below: I soo wanted to love and support this place, but they took down the wrong date for my cake and it wasn’t ready at the time of pick up. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t mad, and the staff are so kind so I really wasn’t bothered about it even though the situation made me late for dinner. They made the cake for me on the spot when I arrived, and it took about an hour, despite me saying I’d be okay to pick it up tomorrow if that was better. Unfortunately, none of the icing was set when they gave it to me freshly made and decorated, and the cake pretty much fell apart before I could rush it to a fridge (which was a 6 minute drive). The chocolate decorative pieces i had ordered to be added on there melted immediately. I get that Vegas is hot but I am 100% sure this would not have happened if it had been prepared a few hours in advance and left to settle in the fridge. I looked it up and you are supposed to chill a cake with this kind of icing if the weather is hot. It’s. Vegas. By the way I also asked in advance when placing the order if the cake would be ok in the car for 5 minutes to get to the hotel and they said yes. $100 for a cake which initially looked so beautiful but ended up being kind of embarrassing to serve to my friend. We had a good laugh about it, but I never got any kind of response from the bakery after telling them what happened. I thought I’d get some credit or partial refund. The cake was good, except it dyed all of our tongues black and I would’ve probably liked to know that before ordering. They warned me when they gave it to me, they told me to remove the icing before eating it.. to me that’s just crazy because obviously we want to eat the icing too. Also, it was kind of throughout the cake and those of us who didn’t want a black tongue could not really avoid it. I mean I would’ve definitely changed the color when I ordered if I’d known. Just things you’d think they’d tell you considering they’re professional cake decorators.. Again the staff was really nice both over the phone and also while I was there, if not a bit chaotic they initially seemed kind. The cake was good for a vegan cake, except I’m not even super trusting that it was at this point, considering they threw it together in an hour and considering the other lapses of judgement on their behalf, and they did do a really beautiful decoration.. it just melted immediately due to not handling the cake properly. I just think customer service carries a business and I was really disappointed here especially with the price I paid. These photos were taken within the first 5 minutes, it continued to fall apart but I didn’t bother with pictures because I am sensitive and I was trying not to cry lol. Just, honestly, a really rough experience with no solution or even so much as an apology.

The pastries here are amazing! I love that everything is fresh and also it’s not so sweet it’s just the right amount. The cakes are delicious the bread is soft and just melts in your mouth! Also great customer service Nora was great amazing attitude super welcoming!

Pastry Palace never disappoints! Every time I come in, I’m greeted with amazing customer service and incredible desserts. Everything is fresh, beautifully made, and tastes just as good as it looks. A special shoutout to Nora she is absolutely wonderful! She’s always super sweet, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.
