Dr. Chon goes above and beyond not only to explain what he is doing, but most importantly, WHY he is doing it. This is very important for me as a patient since it always is reassuring to understand why certain procedures need to be done. He demonstrates extreme care and professionalism, especially during the visits that require more complex procedures. His staff and assistants show the exact amount of care and patience. Overall, making the whole experience enjoyable and less intimidating the moment you walk through the door. Prior to finding Dr. Chon, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. Now, I will never hesitate to make an appointment to come see Dr. Chon and his team. There were a few times where he accommodated to MY schedule, despite his own very busy schedule. They truly care about you as a patient and I’m so glad I found Dr. Chon and his team.
