He was thorough in explaining the diagnosis and made sure I understood everything. He performed my root canal with great care, and to my surprise, it was completely painless. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and I even enjoyed his music selection during the procedure. Also, his receptionist was very friendly, making the overall visit even better. Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Paul Nguyen—he's hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I just had a root canal done with Dr. Nguyen. Got to say he is absolutely amazing. Very kind and patient and super informative during his consultation. He actually went over the reasons why I have infections and explained to me in details about the treatment he’s gonna perform. He’s super skilled too. I mean I was obviously numbed during the procedure but I could just tell that Dr. Nguyen was experienced in the way he worked and he truly cared about his patients. Always making sure that I was comfortable. Not to mention that the front desk lady Ms. Heidi was helpful and patient in dealing with my insurance too. Highly recommended!
