Sign in to reviewDoctor Hanna is absolutely the best! She is very nice and extremely thorough in letting the patient know what needs to be done and why. I will never look for another dentist. Doctor Hanna is wonderful and her front office staff is great as well. The staff is super, starting with "Nadine." Nadine is awesome. Make an appointment with Pavilion Dental. You will not be disappointed!
Dr. Hanna was excellent as she took care of my teeth after not seeing a dentist for 10 years. After the treatment I feel very confident speaking to people. The office secretary, Jacqueline kept me abreast of all my appointments and was able to change them when I need it too, all in all I left a very satisfied patient and highly recommend them
Went in for a general cleaning as a new patient since my insurance changed as a result of a new job. I have Delta Dental HMO now, I made sure to review my coverage before going in for a cleaning since I saw reviews of people warning against this prover trying to charge fees that are covered by insurance. Still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have no complains for the front desk gals or the tech that took my X-rays. But as soon as Dr. Hanna evaluated me, she said I would have to pay a $45 fee for a general cleaning. I was already charged a $5 copay when I checked in with the front desk. I told Dr. Hanna that I had checked with my insurance and the cleaning should be free (D1110 Prophylaxis cleaning), she said no and continued to want to charge me $45 claiming it was due to me having HMO insurance. I said in that case, I didn't feel comfortable proceeding and that I would talk to my insurance again. Called them the same day and confirmed I should not be charged for a 6 month routine cleaning. I immediately changed dentists to Dentist of HB down the road from Pavilion Dental and during my first visit, they broke down everything they would be doing upfront and confirmed $0 charge for my cleaning. Definitely recommend them if you have Delta Dental. Be warned again Pavilion Dental.
Pavilion Dental is the place I trust the most with my teeth treatment now! I'm so glad I've found a place that is clean and professional. Dr Hanna knows her work and will truly care for you. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. They do a great job with reminders as well. I highly recommend this place.
This has been the best experience I've had at a dentist office. Dr. Hanna has treated me with the most respect and kindness. The entire staff is professional and friendly from the moment you walk through the door until you leave, you feel like family! In addition, Her prices are very reasonable. It's hard to find a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients and not just about making money!! I highly recommend Dr. Hanna for anyone looking for quality dental work.
