We used the hospice services of the Pax Et Vita team for the last weeks of my Aunt Jerry's life in Houston, and I could not recommend them more. Every person who interacted with me or my aunt was simply fantastic, professional, and compassionate. Much love to Leslie, Anabelle, Janet and Nadia. The care and empathy you treated her with will never be forgotten by my family and me.

In such a difficult time, Pax Et Vita Hospice was so amazingly helpful, supportive, and there for us when needed. No matter what time, day or night, they were there for me, my family and our mom. The team of Nurse Leslie, social and caring support from Janet, and community liaison Nadia, all felt like family. We could not have gotten through hospice care without them- from beginning to end. They will be like family forever. There are many hospice companies out there, but Pax truly is the best if you are looking for a team that really communicates with you. I would recommend them to anyone needing care. They are professional in all that do.

Pax Et Vita Hospice provided exceptional care for our loved one, Arnoldo, and we are deeply grateful for their team’s support. From the start, Leslie Bennett, our case manager and lead nurse, made everything run smoothly. She and Janet Gomez ensured we had the right people at the right time, and it made all the difference. Nurse Annabelle Redman was a standout, helping transform Arnoldo from a man full of anger and frustration into someone who felt heard and cared for. He even said she was the most intelligent person he’d met! Caregiver Princess, whom Arnoldo affectionately called "Princessea," earned his admiration and trust. He thought so highly of her training and care that he joked about wanting to marry her. Then there was Nurse Luis Rosales, who quickly became a special friend to Arnoldo. Their conversations brought him so much joy and laughter, providing a much-needed distraction from his health struggles. Janet Gomez made sure we had Case manager. What stood out most was how the team saw Arnoldo as a whole person. Losing control of one's body can be frightening, but they acknowledged his dignity and made him feel valued. Throughout the month of hospice care, I leaned on Pax Et Vita Hospice not only for their professional expertise but also for the emotional guidance they offered. Looking back, I am incredibly thankful for the compassion, comfort, and care they provided to Arnoldo and our family.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Pax et Vita helped us with home healthcare and hospice care for my mom for several years. We actually went back-and-forth a couple times, which we didn’t know we could do. Leslie Bennett guided us through the whole process from beginning to end. She was my rock and my resource. She got back to me immediately and always had a solution or a suggestion for whatever was concerning us. Deacon Charlie is also amazing. He was there for us and for Sue through the last year and brought beautiful insights to help us get through that time. The nurses and support staff were great too, and finally, Chaplain Leann Jerkins came and was there for all of us at the end of Sue’s life. She helped make her journey a beautiful experience and an honor to be a part of. Thank you, Pax et Vita for all you do and all you did for our family.

The best hospice care team - highly recommend! They cared for my grandma during her last few weeks and did a wonderful job. Leslie, Rachel and Daniel, and Princess were all amazing - cannot say enough about how attentive and caring they were.
