Definitely recommend! Dealt with Alex the owner directly and had the best experience! He was straightforward in the process of repair and transparent about the estimate. Was available to answer any/all my questions via text! Super nice when I met him in person only fixed what was necessary and didn’t try to oversell me. This is something I extremely appreciate as a women with car troubles.
The BEST experience. I recently stopped by for a smog check and was in and out within 10-15 mins. Alex and his team were incredibly nice and helpful for all my car questions!
Visiting San Diego from Seattle, my Volvo XC60 hit 40k and got a notification that my car needed an oil change. Wanted to get it done before the long drive back to Seattle but appointments at dealerships were too far out. Alex at PB got me in first thing in the morning, told me exactly what he was going to do and set the right expectations on price which was very fair. He changed the oil, replaced the filter and checked tires and fluids and got me out in an hour. Super friendly, super professional and he’s a really nice person. It was a relatively small job but he made it a pleasant experience.
I have been to this shop many times and they have never let me down. Alex and his team are all very nice and are very accommodating. It’s generally best to schedule a time to bring your car in since they are centrally located in pacific beach. I would recommend giving them a call if you are in need of a repair for your car.
