Finally, after two years my family was ready to buy. Erin, helped us find a beautiful home. She referred us to get a lender. She was able to get my family in to a home with no money out of pocket. I know, it might sound crazy no money out of pocket, but with down payment assistance and closing cost covered my family was able to get in a home.
