I had an excellent experience at Pearland Automotive. Jesus and Jaime were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything going on with my truck in detail, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free — I was in and out much quicker than expected without feeling rushed or overlooked. It’s hard to find honest, efficient service these days, but these guys truly delivered. I recently took my vehicle in for an A/C inspection, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they found without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. They completed the inspection promptly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s refreshing to find an honest and knowledgeable shop that values customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C service or general automotive repairs, and I’ll be returning for future maintenance.

Great Service and always super Honest and Respectful. Every employee treated us great and they have great options available to make things convenient for their customers such as loaners. All the employees are great but my most recent experience David was very helpful in communicating daily and making me feel valued as a customer I appreciate their entire team and have great confidence in their ability to help others!

Brought my car in after getting an inspection from FS... They fixed my oil leak and oil smell, but unfortunately, when working on the front suspension, I ended up leaving with a new sound coming from my car. They told me one thing was wrong with it, but told my father another thing was wrong with it. So, I brought the car back for them to check and work on this new sound that started after they initially worked on my car, for the sound to still be present after spending another $2,000. They assured me the $2,000 would fix the new sound. So the last $2,000 I paid was a complete waste because I ended up having to get another car. I tried to speak with the manager/owner about this matter, but they ignored me. I requested a refund, whole or partially, and they completely ignored me. This felt like a situation of guess and fix. They blamed it on a faulty part. I wanted to trust these people, but when it came down to it, I paid them $5,000 to fix my car, which I ended up having to get rid of for safety reasons. I am still waiting on a reply to these messages, a month later.
