We had a wonderful experience here! The office is in a convenient location, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were honest, caring, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist. I came here because they advertised a $99 new patient special that included an exam and cleaning. After the exam, instead of honoring the advertised cleaning, they presented me with a treatment plan totaling over $1,000 and refused to do the cleaning unless I agreed to the additional treatment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I came in expecting the advertised special, but instead I was pressured with a huge bill and left without the cleaning I was promised. On top of that, the office did not feel clean, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. I've never had a dental experience like this in my life. Their prices were also far higher than other dental offices. I was quoted $350–$500 for a simple filling, while my previous dentist charged around $150 for the same type of work. Make sure you compare prices before agreeing to any treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. Be very careful with the advertised specials and ask for all costs upfront before agreeing to anything.

First let me start by saying I wasn't even going to write this even though my entire process was a nightmare. But considering my permanent bridge fell out my mouth in the front of everyone yesterday after only 6 months. I might as well share my constant public embarrassment. From the start my temporary molding kept falling out. I had to return to this dentist 4 times for them to create a new temporary mold so I knew they weren't capable of doing the job properly. An if anyone is familiar with a bridge once you start a bridge an they shave your other teeth down there is no turning back. Then after all off that they had the nerve to try and over charge me I was appalled. I requested a discount for my inconvenience which honestly I shouldn't have had to. My temporary mold was literally falling out of my mouth in the car leaving the dentist. They added extra charges then called me back with supposedly a new remaining balance that was even higher then what she originally quoted me for. I guess she thought I forgot to keep the original printout. They accepted no accountability on this poor work an still wanted payment after this horrendous job. An just like I expected because if the temporary won't fit the supposedly permanent mold has fell right out. Please do your self a favor and save yourself the headache and the overpriced bill for these services. This has literally been a NIGHTMARE!!!

Never in my life have I been excited to go to the dentist. Peek Dentistry has changed that. I actually look forward to my visits. The staff is remarkable and the best part is that there are never any surprises! I came with an expectation for my second visit with them and they were met. Great place!

After a year of searching for a place that would give me the confidence I needed for my dental care, I decided to try this clinic. From the very first moment, I was impressed by its organization, its proximity to my home, and the fact that it was within my insurance network. The staff was very friendly, and they gave me an appointment the same day I arrived. The dental assistants were incredible and made me feel at ease, as I'm always very nervous about going to the dentist. The doctor who treated me was very professional and communicated very clearly. Most of the staff at this dental center are bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English, so if you're part of the Latino community, this is a great place for you.
