Sign in to reviewI had a very frustrating experience with this company. They prepared my taxes and assured me that auto-pay was set up to withdraw the amount from my bank account. It was not! However , I had no idea why IRS wouldn’t take the amount. I went back twice to follow up, and both times they told me it would be taken care of. I don’t need to do anything but wait for mails. After paying hundreds, I had to call IRS by myself to figure out what’s going on. In the end, my payment was late, and I faced unnecessary stress and potential penalties. I would not trust this place with something as important as taxes.
I’ve been filling my taxes with Jesus since 2020. He’s very nice, professional, knowledgeable and above all honest. The customer service is great and efficient, they always get back to you in less than 5 minutes after you leave a voicemail unless they are closed.
First year doing my taxes with Efrain, no regrets! Very professional and it was very clear his knowledge surpasses any tax advisors I’ve been with throughout the years. My experience was so great I recommended it to my family and sent my father and brother to do their taxes as well. No better choice!
I have been doing my Taxes with Efrain for years. Wonderful tax guy, even better person. He has done my taxes for years now. I cant think of anyone better to work on my taxes.
