I've come back since this issue twice and they've been more careful with my eyebrows since and have taken more care with making sure its done how I asked. I came twice before with no issues. But today, someone new did my eyebrows and I was left with an uneven gap in my eyebrows and uneven brows cut awkwardly. Another employee or maybe the owner agreed that the gap was too wide, told off the woman threading me, but offered no resolution to the mistake. I left in tears from the bad job. I came because my friend recommended them, but I won't be back.
My friend suggested me this salon for eye brows threading and facial services. I had taken the services such as eyebrows threading and European facial. Parveen attended me and believe me when I say this the services were "AMAZING". This was my first time but now Parveen has got herself a lifetime customer. Thanks soo much Parveen. Did my eyebrows here for the second time. First time was okay but this time with Parveen she threaded the middle of my eyebrow there is literally no hair at the top only micro shading is visible which was never visible before. She ruined my eyebrows and based on the review she’s the best one in that place!!!! Save your face from this place. Based on the owners response, I had very beautiful thick middle eastern eyebrows, you cannot blame it on my shape. I’m happy to provide before and after photos of what this place did to me and I’ll attach it to Yelp for future reference.
