Customer feedback points most clearly to straightforward cut services. A perm is also discussed in reviews, showing that clients arrive with different hair goals. These examples make Perfect Cut relevant for someone seeking an everyday haircut, a clean-up, or a requested look with specific details. It may be particularly useful to bring a reference image when you have a defined finish in mind.

The review picture is mixed, and that is valuable information for future clients. Several reviewers say a basic haircut was good value, describe staff as nice, or report returning regularly for a dependable short cut. For clients who prefer a simple, economical salon visit, Perfect Cut may suit recurring trims, short styles, fades, and line-ups in Hayward. It can also be considered by people looking for a perm, provided they are comfortable having a detailed conversation about intended waves or curls. Because reviews include different experiences with style outcomes and tipping, price-sensitive customers may wish to confirm the service price and tipping expectation before work starts. That direct approach supports a more comfortable experience.

Cheap haircut place, but if you want a good style don't go there. They will cut your hair the way they want. They will also auto tip. I paid with extra cash and told me "ok- have a good day!". I was going to tip (always do) but don't like tip entitlement. Also their prices say "From $13" for men, so your haircut depending on how much hair you have, could be more and you don't know until they finish cutting your hair.

Great haircut and well worth the price. I'm starting to go bald, so I never get anything fancy—no fade, just short all around and a line-up. It came out to be about $30 less than what I had been paying at barbershops and they didn't even mess up my sideburns. This is my new spot.

Don't go here if u have social anxiety. I went to this hair salon to get a perm. The inspo I showed was wavy hair. The guy named Jordan told me "I will make it curlier so it can last longer" I wanted to say something but I was too scared to. The result was very curly and I hated it. I also still have the perm. Before the perm, I got a few haircuts and the woman did it she was actually nice and gave me what I wanted. If you do go here the woman is nicer and sweeter than Jordan

My regular stylist could not attend to me at the last moment due to health issues and I decided to go to this place as there were no last-minute appointments available at other places. But, I realized it was a blunder, as the guy at this place made a joke out of my hair. He literally took 10 minutes for the whole haircut and cut my hair too short. When I asked him about it, he started yelling by saying DON’T EVER COME BACK HERE, instead of saying sorry, or anything else. On the other end, the lady was taking time with her client, and I wished I had gone with her instead. The guy was rude, and in a hurry even when there were no clients waiting. THINK AGAIN BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE. It is not even worth spending the $13 for the kind of haircut they give you. You need to live with it for the next 30 days at least. They don't know how to deal with customers when customers are not satisfied with their services and start yelling to escape from the situation. I wish I had made a video of him while he was yelling at me. I generally don't write bad reviews but my experience forced me to write it this time.

I have been going here since I moved to Hayward. For $13, I have never been disappointed for almost over 1 year of going here. Sure their might be a language barrier but they are nice and great conversationalists. I usually get a 0 low fade with a trim on top. They never make me second guess my decision like other places do. As a guy $13 isn't a bad price but also have to remember you're paying $13 for you get what you pay for. I see reviews that are criticizing their complicated haircuts. 5/5 experience.
