Perfect Touch Day Spa

I received a massage at perfect touch day spa and I am far from impressed. Disgusted actually. My therapist didn’t take me back until 10 minutes past my scheduled time, when I asked the therapist if everything was okay they explained they only have 5 minutes in between sessions for the client to change and them flip the room and the previous client took longer than expected to change. So no time to disinfect? I didn’t know we needed to rush and get out. This is already strenuous hands on work, to be rushed on top of it.. must be exhausting. When I finally got onto the table the sheets felt damp and had a smell to them… on top of that they were humorously stained. Again brings me back to think of what their integrity is with their cleanliness. The massage itself was good but was hard to relax in damp stained smelly sheets… when the massage itself was over I noticed that the massage table DID NOT have a table protector but foam under the sheets.. SO EVERY PERSON who has been massaged priors sweat, drool, snot, any other type of bodily fluids, with the wet sheets could potentially be absorbed in this decaying rotting foam. Oh wait but there was hair on the foam too… of course. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable . I have been getting massages for over 20 years and PerfectTouch you nasty! Is it really hard to wipe down a table with a Lysol wipe?

I came in today for a Swedish massage, I have been coming here for years and I have always been pleased with the massage. However, the lady today was NOT satisfying. When checking out they asked how was everything and I told her it wasn’t the best and I’ve had better from here. She didn’t say anything, I thought she would have at least asked what could have been done better or what happened. I honestly felt like I waisted my time getting out bed coming to spend my last GIFTCARD balance on a service that was not satisfactory. I needed another massage done from that unsatisfactory massage to be honest. I would have thought a complementary Swedish massage would have been offered to me, especially considering I’m a long term member/customer.

This place was an unexpected delight. The reception area was very nice, and staff was prompt at getting information and getting the appointment moving. I didn’t have to wait long, but did use the restroom before hand which was very clean. I had a full body hot stone massage which was wonderful! The masseuse was amazing and spoke with me before about how I’d like my massage, pressure, focus areas, etc. The massage itself was very nice, honestly probably one of the best I’ve had. She did a really good job with pressure and didn’t half do it as some places will. The facial I had was fantastic. Again, everything was professional and she was great with products and the massage. I will absolutely be back here as the prices were reasonable and the services were fantastic. There was also a ton of parking available which was nice.

Oh my goodness!!! Words cannot express how wonderful my facial was. The staff was so sweet and caring, and very attentive. The atmosphere was so delightfully relaxing, I literally could have fallen asleep. I Will be going back for certain. Love this place!
